- I just graduated with a Bachelor's of Interior Design degree and had many exciting bumps along my collegiate journey. In 2006, I studied abroad for the academic year in Japan. There I traveled the country, learned the language and studied the culture. It was a life-changing experience. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, I moved to Texas to further pursue my Interior Design studies at the CIDA accredited Texas Tech University. To feed my love of travel and design co-currently I recently completed an internship at the growing Eklego Design firm in Cairo, Egypt. Now, I just relocated to Houston with my other half, Zach, and we are both living it up and loving it!
